Betstrike is expanding its affiliate and influencer marketing program and is looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate & Streamer Manager. This role is centered on recruiting, negotiating, and managing partnerships with streamers, content creators, ambassadors, and affiliates to promote the Betstrike brand. You will focus on building high-impact deals that drive player acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth within the sports betting and iGaming space. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the streaming/gaming community, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of performance-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and recruit new streamers, Twitch/YouTube creators, TikTok influencers, podcasters, and ambassadors who align with BetStrike’s target audience (sports betting enthusiasts, gamers, etc.).
- Negotiate and structure customized affiliate/streamer deals, including revenue share models (RevShare), CPA (cost per acquisition), hybrid agreements, fixed sponsorships, and performance bonuses.
- Onboard new partners, providing them with promotional materials, unique tracking links/codes, branded assets, and ongoing creative support to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and nurture existing affiliate and streamer relationships, offering proactive support, performance reviews, and optimization recommendations to improve results.
- Monitor campaign performance using affiliate tracking platforms; analyze key metrics such as player sign-ups, deposits, retention, and ROI, and provide regular reports to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop exclusive promotions, bonus codes, contests, and content ideas tailored for each streamer/ambassador.
- Organize and coordinate joint activations, such as live stream takeovers, sponsored tournaments, giveaways, or in-person events to boost engagement.
- Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant advertising regulations, responsible gaming guidelines, and platform policies (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in streaming, esports, and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities and innovative partnership formats.
- Work closely with compliance, payments, and VIP teams to ensure timely payouts and seamless player experiences from affiliate-driven traffic.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in affiliate management, influencer marketing, or partnership development, ideally within online sports betting, iGaming, esports, or gaming industries.
- Established network and relationships with streamers, content creators, or affiliates in the sports/gambling niche is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnership deals that deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (RevShare, CPA, CPC) and tracking technologies (e.g., Cellxpert, Income Access, Affilka, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable conducting outreach via email, DMs, Discord, and calls.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, affiliate dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and advertising regulations in the betting industry.
- Passion for sports, betting, streaming culture, and esports.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and attend industry events/conferences as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially those relevant to target markets) are a plus.
