BetStrike is seeking an experienced and dynamic VIP Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing our high-value players (high rollers), delivering exceptional personalized service, and driving player loyalty and retention. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with VIP clients, designing and implementing customized VIP programs, and establishing efficient systems for identifying and referring potential VIPs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP players, providing proactive, personalized account management to enhance their experience and maximize lifetime value.
- Develop and execute tailored VIP programs, including exclusive bonuses, promotions, enhanced odds, and bespoke rewards based on individual player preferences and betting behavior.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through regular communication (phone, email, chat), offering concierge-level support and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify potential VIP players through data analysis, betting patterns, and collaboration with marketing/operations teams; design and implement a robust referral system to onboard new high rollers efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and host VIP events (virtual or in-person), such as exclusive sports experiences, hospitality suites, or premium giveaways to foster loyalty.
- Monitor player activity for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products (e.g., casino games alongside sportsbook) while adhering strictly to responsible gaming protocols.
- Track and report on VIP portfolio performance, including retention rates, deposit volumes, and profitability; manage budgets for bonuses and incentives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, risk, compliance, and customer support) to ensure seamless VIP experiences and compliance with industry regulations.
- Promote and enforce responsible gaming practices, identifying at-risk behavior and escalating to specialized teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in VIP account management, preferably within online sports betting, sportsbook, casino, or iGaming industries.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving retention in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and player psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Data-driven mindset; proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and analytics for player segmentation and performance tracking.
- Experience developing player referral systems or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and regulatory requirements in the betting industry.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings/weekends to accommodate VIP player needs and events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
